Shannon Cole

Shannon received her 200 hour yoga teacher certificate after spending a month in Rishikesh India, the birthplace of yoga, studying the traditional hatha yoga style. She integrates ancient tradition with modern technique to create a beginner friendly low pressure approach to yoga.
Focused on creating a cozy atmosphere with positive energy, she dedicates herself to always making sure her students leave with a smile on her face.
Shannon favors small group classes because of the bond she forms with each student and the ability to give direct feedback to help her students grow and progress. Building flows to meet her students where they're at, the small group dynamic creates space for personalized modifications and variations, helping each student feel strong and accomplished after each class.Outside of the studio Shannon enjoys practicing circus arts such as aerial and handstands. She loves rock climbing and any outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking & walking her dog. A dedicated live music enthusiast, you can always find her in the mosh pit of local rock/metal concerts.
